When
you are rostered for
Setup please be at the ground by 7.15am
Each age group is assigned particular weeks
to be responsible for setting out the equipment
and for assisting at the canteen. Please
remember that your children will not enjoy
their sport or get the most benefit if equipment
is not available.
Each group will be responsible for packing
up equipment when the program indicates they
are the last group on that activity.
All
age groups are required to provide officials
for the track – timekeepers,
place judges and recorders. Any assistance
for
a part or all of the competition will help
to make the competition run more smoothly.
The roster may be amended once registration
numbers are known. You will be notified by
a Newsletter of any changes.
